The Boys Engagement Manager will work remotely with the National Development Director and Sport Development Team to drive the growth of boys’ field hockey in the United States, leveraging the excitement of the LA28 Olympic Games to measurably expand participation. This dynamic role focuses on creating sustainable recreational opportunities to discover, play and learn, and compete and improve in field hockey, in targeted "hotspots" across the country. The position is to expand awareness, interest, engagement, and opportunities for boys to play field hockey from grassroots to recreational levels, ultimately feeding into USA Field Hockey’s Men’s Olympic Pathway programming.
