The U.S. Men’s National Team Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in the planning, preparation, delivery, and continued development of the USA Field Hockey Men’s National Team Program.
The role will contribute to building a sustainable high-performance environment focused on international success, athlete development, performance standards, and objectives leading toward LA28 and beyond to Brisbane 2032.
The Assistant Coach will play a key role in daily training delivery, athlete development, tactical preparation, competition performance, and the continued evolution of the Men’s National Team playing identity and culture.

The Senior High Performance Operations Manager leads the operational delivery of USA Field Hockey's Men's and Women's National Team programs, creating an environment where athletes and coaches can focus entirely on performance. Working in close partnership with the High Performance Director and National Team Head Coaches, the role is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of training camps, centralized daily operations, domestic and international travel, competitions, athlete services, equipment management, commercial partner liaison and budget administration.
