The U.S. National Teams have worked incredibly hard to reach the pinnacle of this sport; they've put professional careers on hold, dedicated years to train, relocated, and committed to proudly representing Team USA on home soil.

Pave the Way to LA is our fundraising initiative with a focused goal: to give the athletes the resources they need to compete at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games – where the world will be coming to us.

Fueling Olympic Dreams
Your support fuels the resources USA Field Hockey needs to run the men's and women's high performance programs. This includes developing athletes, coaching and training, international competition, and more. Your support lets athletes focus on what matters most: performing at their best on the field.
Foundation Operations
A Foundation focused on growing the philanthropic community in field hockey allows USA Field Hockey to focus on all aspects of the sport, such as safety, competition, coaching education, athlete development, and umpires. Part of your donation helps fuel the team behind the team - the staff, infrastructure and operations support needed to sustain a fundraising engine for the sport and its athletes.
Growing the Game
USA Field Hockey strives to lower barriers to entry for new athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Investing in programs like Hockey ii, Try Field Hockey for Free, and Nexus scholarships allow us to grow the sport and retain our current athletes, coaches, umpires, and members.
