2026 Summer Bash at the Beach

USA Field Hockey is excited to announce the dates for the eleventh annual Summer Bash at the Beach (SBB), presented by Capelli Sport. This summer tournament managed by Hometown Sports will take place on Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26 at the Virginia Beach Regional Training Center in Virginia Beach, Va. This event will feature 7v7 play on both water-based and dry field turf surfaces and is open to the U-10 Co-Ed, U-12 Co-Ed, U-14 Co-Ed, and U-14 Girls divisions.

The format is two, 20 minute halves with 3-minute halftime and 2-minutes between games. There will be six teams per pool, with five games guarantee.

  • Registration

    Registration for the Summer Bash at the Beach is now open until full or until May 31, 2026. The cost is $1,000.00 per team for the three-day event.

    If registration reaches capacity, a waitlist will be opened, and clubs should contact Dasha Gorokhova, USA Field Hockey’s Events and Club Services Coordinator, at dgorokhova@usafieldhockey.com to reserve a spot.

  • Rosters

    The maximum roster size is 12 athletes. Co-Ed teams will not be able to play more than three (3) male players (goalkeepers excluded) at any given time during a game.
