USA Field Hockey offers two levels of memberships to fit your game: National & State Chapter
Note: USA Field Hockey has replaced the Coach and Umpire Memberships with Coach and Umpire Upgrades.
National Membership provides full access to all USA Field Hockey events, from local leagues to national programming and includes membership in your State Chapter. National access includes the ability to participate in events such as the Sunshine Showcase, National Indoor Tournament, National Indoor Festival, National Hockey Festival, and Nexus, USA Field Hockey’s Olympic Development Pathway program.
U-12 Membership

- For athletes under the age of 12
- Eligible to participate in State Chapter led events

U-19 Membership
Cost: $60 / year
- For athletes between the ages of 12 to 18
- Eligible to participate in State Chapter led events
- Eligible to participate in USA Field Hockey Regional, National & Sanctioned Events

- Ability to add a Coach or Umpire Upgrade

Collegiate Membership
Cost: $95 / four years
- For athletes (club or varsity) who currently attend a college or university
- Eligible to participate in State Chapter led events
- Eligible to participate in USA Field Hockey Regional, National & Sanctioned Events
- Eligible to participate in Senior Nexus Training Sites
- Access to the In the Circle Member App
- Ability to add a Coach or Umpire Upgrade

Adult Membership
Cost: $30 / year
- For adults who are 18 years of age or older (not collegiate members) who are looking to stay involved as a supporter, player, coach or umpire
- Eligible to participate in State Chapter led events
- Eligible to participate in USA Field Hockey Regional, National & Sanctioned Events
- Required membership for U.S. Men's and Women's Masters National Team athletes and staff
- Required membership for the U.S. Field Hockey League Regional & National Events
- Access to the In the Circle Member App
- Ability to add a Coach or Umpire Upgrade
For athletes, coaches, and families engaging at the state-wide and local level.

- For athletes, coaches, volunteers and fans who participate locally within their state
- Note: all umpire must be National Members
- Eligible to participate in State Chapter events
- State Chapter Members may upgrade to a National Membership at any time if they want to participate in USA Field Hockey Regional, National or Sanctioned Events
- Ability to add a State Chapter Coach Upgrade

- State Chapter Members receive all membership benefits
