U.S. U-18 Women’s National Team head coach Mark Egner will lead a presentation on the ins and outs of the Junior High Performance Pathway at this year's rapidly approaching High Performance Summit. This session will offer a clear look into how the U-18 USWNT environment operates—from how the players are developed technically, tactically, and mentally—to how online learning is utilized to support both individual and team growth. Egner will share footage that highlights these approaches in action, giving insight into the day-to-day work behind player and program development.
