The No. 25 USMNT sits in Pool A with No. 7 England, No. 17 Egypt, and No. 18 Japan. They open with hosts Egypt on Sunday, March 1 at 2:45 p.m. ET, then see Japan on Monday, March 2 at 12:45 p.m. ET. The Wolves wrap up pool play on Wednesday, March 4 against England at 12:45 p.m. before crossovers on Friday, March 6 and placement games on Saturday, March 7. Pool B features No. 13 Malaysia, No. 14 Pakistan, No. 21 Austria, and No. 23 China.

The teams that finish in the top three of each FIH Hockey World Cup Qualifier will secure their place at the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup. The highest ranked team that finishes in fourth between the two men’s qualifiers will also qualify for the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup.
