Virtual 2021 National Coaches Forum Wraps Up

The third and final day of the virtual 2021 National Coaches Forum (NCF) featured an array of topics to support the development of the coaches in attendance.
First up, Steve Bayer, Belgium Men's Goalkeeper Coach, returned to the NCF to provide some insights into the journey to Olympic Gold from the goalkeeper perspective. He was followed by another returner in Mimi Smith as she presented on the critical topic of 'Self-Care and Mental Fitness' for coaches. Finally, U.S. Women's National Team Head Coach Anthony Farry took all in attendance through the team's debrief process focusing on the recent series against Canada in Chula Vista, Calif., highlighting a number of key tactical concepts that they are focusing on as they prepare for a big year ahead.
