2021 National Hockey Festival Preview

TAMPA, Fla. - In two days, the National Hockey Festival returns! As the excitement builds of hosting this annual national event, USA Field Hockey is also thrilled to get back on the fields after canceling last year's tournament but also with the added factor in celebrating the 40th edition! The annual Thanksgiving tradition will bring more than 140 teams to the beautiful Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa Bay in Florida to compete and here is a sneak peak of what's in store at the 2021 Festival.

Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa Bay

The Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa Bay is a multi-sport championship facility designed to bring elite tournaments to the area. The facility, located in southeast Hillsborough County, is centrally located to the airport, interstates and downtown Tampa. The Sportsplex is a 15 full-size field venue, including one championship field, that all have professionally maintained Celebration Bermudagrass® playing surface. This state-of-the-art venue is managed year-round by the Tampa Sports Authority (TSA), who also manages Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and several golf courses around the Bay area. The TSA’s professional grounds team will deliver a competition surface quality that will be second to none. Since the 2019 National Hockey Festival, the Sportsplex has been further improved with the expansion of parking facilities and improved food vending.

Event Program

Everything about the event - including schedule, results, venue map, colleges in attendance and more - can be found in the 2021 National Hockey Festival Event Program.

Vendor Village

Nine vendors will be in attendance including Goat USA, Harrow Sports, Hocsocx, KILOGEAR CUT, Longstreth, Promasque, Teamzila, Vuk Grips and YOLO Sportswear. Vendor Village will be open on Thursday, November 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, Friday, November 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET and Saturday, November 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET. Be sure to stop by and support the vendors this coming weekend!

Touchline Video & Livestream

Touchline Video is also offering game film packages for Festival participants to purchase. These include full game film, highlight videos and recruiting profiles. Showcase your games online with a professional highlight video and put your best plays at the fingertips of all coach coaches. An added bonus if a game film package is purchased, that individual will get access to every game live streamed throughout the event.

Can’t make it to sunny Florida? USA Field Hockey is pleased to announce that matches on Field 1 at the 2021 National Hockey Festival will be live streamed free of charge by Touchline Video.

With scheduled games running constantly across all three days of Festival, Field 1 was chosen to provide as many livestream matches as possible. All games can be seen live on USA Field Hockey’s YouTube or by clicking here.

Harrow Sports

Stop by the Harrow Sports booth to purchase the official event merchandise, including commemorative 40th edition apparel. As the official event licensee, Harrow Sports will be the place to stop for the top field hockey gear, swag and more.

All athletes, coaches, fans and attendees are encouraged to use the hashtag #FHFestival21 and tag @USAFieldHockey on social media throughout the event. USA Field Hockey will be resharing tags moments to document the annual event.
