2023 National Indoor Tournament Concludes, Crowning U-16 Girls Tier Winners

LANCASTER, Pa. – Yesterday, marked both the conclusion of the U-16 Girls division, as well as the entirety, of the 2023 National Indoor Tournament (NIT), presented by YOLO Sportswear. This year, 156 teams battled in Pool play to earn a spot in a top Tier, where they could then earn the title of Tier champion. There was plenty of competition, intensity and fun at this 3-day long event at the Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa.

 

This year also featured the inaugural All Starz Showcase on Saturday, March 4. Athletes from Able Field Hockey, Long Island All Starz Field Hockey and PA Revolution All Starz participated in the disability inclusive showcase. The energy displayed by the athletes, coaches, umpires, volunteers and spectators was unmatched at this amazing event.

 

 

The U-16 Girls division was the final weekend of the NIT, following U-10 and U-12 Co-Ed; U-14 Girls and Co-Ed; and U-19 Girls, Boys and Adult.
