Junior USMNT Staff Name Rosters for U-18 & U-21 USMNT Tour to Prague

PRAGUE, Czech Republic – The Junior U.S. Men’s National Team staff have named the tour rosters for an international trip this June to Prague, Czech Republic. The U-18 and U-21 USMNT each will play three games over three days at SK Slavia Praha from June 23 to 25.

“Our trip to the Czech Republic will be a great opportunity for the junior teams to get international match experience against quality opposition,” said Pat Harris, U-21 USMNT Head Coach. “For many, this will be their first time traveling outside the United States to play. It is exciting for them to have this opportunity. We are looking forward to the challenges and the further development of the young group as a whole.”

Harris will lead both squads, with Pat Cota joining as assistant coach, Kathy Schiller as team manager, and Robbie Bowers as the physiotherapist. Bravo Francois will join as video analyst. The dates of the tour are June 18 - June 26.

Selections for these tour rosters took place at the training camp that took place March 10 to 12 in Chula Vista, Calif. The U-21 USMNT are coming off a fourth place finish at the Junior Pan American Cups in April in Saint Michael, Barbados.

Members from both squads will scrimmage the U.S. Women’s National Team in a pair of friendly matches on May 20 and 21 at Bessant Field at Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C. to help prepare for the trip.
