Region 10 or "Central" covers 12 states and vast geographic area including Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin. Nexus currently has site locations in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Nexus
Is for dedicated field hockey players committed to their own development. The program brings field hockey players together with experienced coaches trained in The USA Way. This unique coaching platform provides a unified framework for how we think about the game of field hockey across the country. From player development and technical skills, to how players can own their personal development, this program aims to help dedicated athletes be the best they can be.
