Region 5 consists of one state, Pennsylvania. Nexus has three location based sites at Penn State University, Washington and Jefferson College, and Shippensburg University. All other sites in the greater Philadelphia region are split by Nexus age groups.

This unique coaching platform provides a unified framework for how we think about the game of field hockey across the country. From player development and technical skills, to how players can own their personal development, this program aims to help dedicated athletes be the best they can be.
