U.S. Women's National Indoor Team
An open tryout, held annually in March or April, is the primary selection opportunity for the U.S. Women’s National Indoor Teams. Senior, Junior and Developmental Squads are named following the tryout. Outside of this event, at the discretion of the U.S. Women's National Indoor Team Head Coach, a player may be invited to tryout for the squad based on known ability and performance.

U.S. Men's National Indoor Team
A tryout will be held in the spring to field both a Junior and Senior U.S. Men's National Indoor Team. The focus of the coming year is to prepare for the Indoor Pan American Cup, which is to be held in 2024. Training weekends will be held each month from April through December on dates which will not conflict with the outdoor U.S. Men's National Team.
