Day 2 of Virtual 2022 National Coaches Forum in the Books
by USA Field Hockey

The virtual 2022 National Coaches Forum (NCF) continued today with three insightful presentations by top experts in their fields.
Jami Muelders, German Men's National Team Assistant Coach, kicked things off with his presentation, 'A Perfect Working Environment for a Team Always Starts with You, the Coach'. Emilie Bydwell, U.S. Women's Rugby 7's Head Coach, presented from South Africa, where the team is preparing to compete in an Olympic Qualifier event. Ending the day in fine fashion was Ashley Merryman, best-selling author of Top Dog and Nurture Shock. The topic of her presentation was, 'How to Get Better: The Art and Science of Giving Feedback'. Overall, it was a fantastic day of learning and sharing.
The final day of the NCF continues tomorrow, December 9, starting at 11:00 a.m. ET with Harry Singh, U.S. Men's National Team Head Coach, Chris Fry, U.S. Women's National Team Performance Analyst, and we close Forum with David Passmore, newly appointed U.S. Women's National Team Head Coach.
If you were you not able to attend Day 1 or 2, interested individuals can still register! Registration will remain open throughout the NCF.
