Futures Elite Championship

By your selection to the Futures Elite Championship you are considered part of the top Elite group of U19 players in the Nation, which is considered the beginning of Junior High Performance. From here, your opportunities for selection are the Junior National Camp (Junior National Team selection camp) and the Junior National Training Squads (U17, U19 and U21).
The tournament is structured as a High Performance competition, with all of the experiences surrounding an international style tournament. It will simulate a 6 Nation competition; a round robin event with a FINAL and ranking matches. All matches will be held in Virginia Beach at the National Training Center.
The Futures Elite Championship setting will provide playing and training opportunities, video sessions, leadership opportunities, team meetings and comprehensive team debriefing sessions. Coaches from USA Field Hockey‟s National program will also be on hand for interaction with the Futures Elite players.
