Join the growing group of USA Field Hockey Members across the nation. Participate in USA Field Hockey events, get exclusive member benefits, and more.

Memberships are available in three categories:

  • National: U-12, U-19, Collegiate, Adult
  • State Chapter
  • Local

Please note that USA Field Hockey has replaced the Coach and Umpire memberships with Coach and Umpire Upgrades that are purchased on top of your National Membership.

National#

  • U-12 Membership

    Cost: $25 / year
    • For athletes under age 12
    • Can participate in USA Field Hockey Regional, National & Sanctioned Events
    • Eligible to participate in Nexus, USA Field Hockey’s Olympic Development Pathway Program

  • U-19 Membership

    Cost: $60 / year
    • For athletes ages 12-18
    • Can participate in USA Field Hockey Regional, National & Sanctioned Events
    • Eligible to participate in Nexus, USA Field Hockey's Olympic Development Pathway Program
    • Receive a complimentary NCSA Profile
    • Ability to upgrade to a Coach or Umpire Membership

  • Collegiate Membership

    Cost: $95 / four years
    • For athletes (club or varsity) who currently attend a college or university

  • Adult Membership

    Cost: $30 / year
    • For adults looking to get involved as a supporter, player, coach or umpire
    • Promotes lifetime engagement for athletes, parents, and fans
    • Eligible to be selected to the U.S. Men’s or Women’s Masters Team
    • Ability to upgrade to a Coach or Umpire Membership

Upgrades#

USA Field Hockey Members interested in coaching or umpiring must purchase a Coach or Umpire Upgrade in addition to their base membership.

  • Coach Upgrade

    Cost: $65 / year

    Coach Upgrades are available for all National U-19, Collegiate and Adult members. State Chapter and Local members may also purchase Coach Upgrades for $25 but will not receive all Coach benefits. See Coach benefits.

  • Umpire Upgrade

    Cost: $65 / year
