2016 National Coaches Forum
Spooky Nook Sports, Lancaster, Pa.
Friday, December 9 - Saturday, December 10
"We hope you can join us for the 2016 National Coaches Forum. This year’s forum will feature a variety of presenters who will provide learning opportunities with both on-field practical sessions and workshop-based discussions. Following this summer’s Olympic Games in Rio, we will also take time to reflect upon our final preparations and review the tournament itself. I look forward to seeing you there.”
Craig Parnham
U.S. Women's National Team Head Coach
2015 USOC Coach of the Year
"The 2016 National Coaches Forum will be a great opportunity for formal and informal knowledge exchange. I enjoy having the opportunity to share and network with fellow coaches. At the end of this Olympic year, we of course will be reflecting on the biggest sports event in the world and our accomplishments there. I will present an overview of the U-21 program and looking at the lessons learned at the Junior World Cup in Chile that finishes just a week prior to the Forum. I'll also share the latest news and trends at the junior level. I hope you can join us on December 9 and 10!"
Janneke Schopman
U.S. Women's National Team Assistant Coach
U.S. U-21 Women's National Team Head Coach
“I think having the opportunity to gain and share coaching knowledge at the Forum is critical for personal and program development. The Forum provides a great platform to listen, learn and share what is going on in the hockey world and within different coaching philosophies. I look forward to sharing with you some insights into the men’s program, its culture and philosophically, and how coaching as well as the topic of hockey, is critical to successful growth as a coach.”
Chris Clements
U.S. Men's National Team Head Coach
FIH (Elite) Coach
Here's what coaches said about the 2015 Forum:

"I loved the transparency of everything at the event and the willingness of the national coaches to pass on knowledge and ideas that made it very genuine."
"I gained affirmation for how I coach and how I should continue in my progression of being the best coach possible."
