Instructors of this Level 2 Instructional Coaching Clinic:

Craig Parnham | USA Field Hockey’s Director of Coach Education & Learning

Parnham is a five-time Olympian. He played in both the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games for Great Britain, coached Great Britain in the Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympic Games, and the United States in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. In total, Parnham has coached professionally for more than 20 years and is a qualified Level 4 Coach. He holds a post-graduate diploma in Elite Coaching Practice.

 

 

Tamara Durante | Level 2 Coach Educator | Focus Field Hockey Coach

Durante has been involved with USA Field Hockey programming for years. She attended the first-ever Coach Educator Training last December and was assigned to mentor coaches at the Junior Olympics, in 2016. Durante served as assistant coach for the U.S. U-21 Women's National Team at the Junior Pan American Games in 2008 and has coached in the Futures Program since 2002. She continues to be involved as a selector for Futures and the U.S. U-17 Women's National Team.

Durante is currently the Associate Head Coach at Michigan State University. Before that, she served ten seasons at Yale University as an assistant coach and associate head coach.
