September 14, 2019 National Field Hockey Day

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! USA Field Hockey is excited to be gearing up for its seventh annual National Field Hockey Day on Saturday, September 14, 2019. We're looking forward to making this our best and biggest year to date and can't wait to celebrate with you!

How to Celebrate

• Invite friends, family and neighbors to get out and play or have them attend your field hockey game
• Help with the local youth programs as an umpire or coach
• Create signs, t-shirts and headbands celebrating your love for field hockey
• Support local programs and initiatives that are growing the game

Show Your Field Hockey Family!
Post a photo or video of your field hockey family and enter a chance to win a 'USA Field Hockey Surprise Pack'. All you have to do is share a photo of you or your field hockey family with the hashtag #NFHDay2019 on Twitter or Instagram. The top three posts that have the most reactions by Sunday, September 15 at 11:59 p.m. ET will be the lucky winners of this surprise pack. Winners will be announced on Monday, September 16 on the USA Field Hockey website and social media channels.

• Post a photo or video of your field hockey family to Twitter or Instagram
• Use the hashtag #NFHDay2019
• Tag @usafieldhockey
• Your profile must be on public access for USA Field Hockey to view
• Posts that are shared from Friday, September 13 to Sunday, September 15 will be entered
• Likes are only accumulated from one platform (Instagram or Twitter)
• Top three posts with the most likes by end of day Sunday, September 15 will be the winners
• Winners will be announced Monday, September 16
