    Friday, January 26, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET

    Saturday, January 27, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET

    Sunday, January 28, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET*

    Lunch will be provided, in addition to an afternoon snack.

    *Vendor Hours are subject to change/you may not pack up and close down until after 4:00 p.m. ET on Sunday January 28. Personal vechiles may not come onto the property until the last guest has left the premise about 6:30 p.m. ET.

  • Vendor Check List

    Each Vendor is responsible for the following:
    • Fill out a Disney Vendor Application (link above)
    • Sign the Disney Legal Form stating you read and abide by the rules in the Disney Vendor Information Packet.
    • Review the Insurance Checklist (link above)
    • Pre-register all individuals working in your booth to fulfil SafeSport requirements - click here.
  • Load In Instructions for Thursday, January 25

    1. Must have your $2mm Auto insurance policy with you to be let into the property.
    2. Enter the property at Gate 50.
    3. You will be provided with a timed entry after your exhibitor application is accepted.
    1. Goods will be received by Disney starting Thursday, January 18. Do not ship items to arrive prior to Thursday, January 18.
    2. Instruct your carrier to deliver between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday.
    3. Notify your Event Manager 1-week prior to arrival of items.
    4. Disney’s staff will deliver packages to your exhibit space at a specified time on Thursday, January 25.
    5. Your booth space must be exhibit ready before you leave the property on Thursday, January 25.
  • Load Out Instructions for Sunday, January 28

    1. Do not start packing up until 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 28.
    2. Disney will return your boxes and pallets after 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 28.
    3. Between 5:00 p.m. ET until the park closes about 8:30 p.m. ET you can pack up.
      1. The sooner you are packed up, the sooner Disney will pick up your stuff. Alert Ginger the minute you're done and she will tell the Disney staff.
    4. Please be sure to shrink wrap pallets and provide a bill of lading included with the pallet.
    5. All boxes must be carefully labeled to ship to YOU.
    6. YOU must call and instruct your carrier to pick up.
    7. Carriers must be instructed to pick up Monday, January 29 in the afternoon or Tuesday, January 30 in the morning from the same address you shipped to: ESPN Stadium Loading Dock, ESPN Wide World of Sports, 700 S. Victory Way, Kissimmee, FL 34747
    8. If you plan on driving a vehicle on to the property to load up, you may not do this until after the last athlete and guest has exited the property. This is estimated to be about 7:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 28. (Also you must show the $2mm in vehicle insurance). Drive in and out through Gate 50.
    9. Neither Disney nor USA Field Hockey can be held responsible for any property left behind. If you do not instruct your carrier to pick up your shipment and they do not come within one week, the material will be disposed of.
