USA Field Hockey is excited to extend an invitation to coaches across the country for the highly anticipated 2025 Virtual National Coaches Forum (VNCF), presented by AAE. This event promises to be an enriching experience, offering a unique opportunity for coaches to engage in interactive learning and networking. Set in a virtual landscape, the forum is easily accessible, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their homes or offices.

The Forum is for every coach at every level by design, and this year is no exception. Your coaching game will be enhanced with key information from our presenters.

  • Registration

    If you’d like to register for the 2025 Virtual National Coaches Forum but don’t yet have a USA Field Hockey account in Sport80, you’ll need to create one in order to complete your payment. Please note, you do not need to be a USA Field Hockey member to register.

    Full Access (All 3 Days): $125

    This product will give you access to all 3 days of the event. This includes recordings of all sessions.

    One-Day Access (Tuesday, 12/2/25): $50

    This product gives you access to only Tuesday's event sessions.

    One-Day Access (Wednesday, 12/3/25): $50

    This product gives you access to only Wednesday's event sessions.

    One-Day Access (Thursday, 12/4/25): $50

    This product gives you access to only Thursday's event sessions.

  • Can’t Make the Sessions Live? It’s Okay!

    We encourage you to join us live—it’s where the energy, interaction, and engagement truly happen. But if your schedule doesn’t allow you to attend everything, it’s okay! After the Forum concludes, all attendees who purchased the full package will also receive access to the complete set of session recordings.

    This means you’ll be able to learn at your own pace, revisit sessions, and never miss a single takeaway—whether you’re on the go, coaching during event hours, or simply prefer to watch later.
