Junior High Performance Staff Selects Athletes to Attend U-21 USWNT March Trial
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Following a 3-day training camp held in Charlotte, N.C., the women’s Junior High Performance Staff have evaluated and selected the group of athletes that will advance to the U-21 March Selection Camp.
“Selecting a roster of athletes for our March camp posed significant challenges,” said Allan Law, U-21 USWNT Head Coach. “It underscores the high-quality skill, focus, and passion showcased by the athletes during the camp. Despite its brief duration, the camp was intense, and the athletes worked extremely hard to meet the high expectations set by the staff. Congratulations to all the selected athletes.”
At the U-21 March Selection Camp, the squad will be reduced further to the training pool leading up to the 2024 Junior Pan American Championship (JPAC). The U-21 USWNT will compete in the 2024 JPAC in Surrey, Canada from June 26 to July 12. The Junior Eagles will have their next training camp at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C. from March 22-24, with subsequent camps scheduled for April 5-7, May 17-19, and mid-June.
