VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The 2025 National Club Championship (NCC), presented by Team IP, concluded on Wednesday evening after the crowning of the U-19 Girls champions. It was a thrilling end to the total nine days of competition at the Regional Training Center (RTC) in Virginia Beach, Va.

WC Eagles won gold for U-19, giving them another impressive clean sweep for all three age divisions. Bull City, making their first ever NCC appearance, finished with silver, while Texas Pride took home bronze.

Twenty-four of the top club teams from around the country competed over three days, starting with pool play on day one that led into crossovers at the RTC and Princess Anne Athletic Complex (PAAC) on day two. After the two days, it would be WC Eagles against Focus and Texas Pride against Bull City in the semifinals.

A dominant WC Eagles squad defeated Focus 6-0, while a competitive match between Texas Pride and Bull City ended with a 1-0 victory for Bull City. After a brief weather delay, WC Eagles went on to defeat Bull City, 11-0, in the championship.

The tension built for the bronze medal match between Focus and Texas Pride with threats of more weather delays. Eventually the match got started, but was interrupted by the impending storm. Once action got going again, a trailing Texas Pride team was able to tie the match at 3-3 with a penalty corner after time expired. On a rainy pitch, Texas Pride won the shootout over Focus to claim bronze in dramatic fashion.

Due to the weather delays, several placement games were not able to be played, leading to several co-finishes.

After three days of competition, the U-19 Girls division came to an end, also marking the end of the 2025 National Club Championship. USA Field Hockey would like to congratulate all of this year's teams, athletes, and coaches who participated! And thank you to the umpires, umpire managers, and volunteers who continue to make the NCC a success.
