Erika Latta joined USA Field Hockey after a successful college career where she was a starter and captain at the University of Richmond. Her passion for field hockey began at the age of 12 when she started playing club field hockey in her hometown of Richmond, Va. As a former Futures participant, Latta attended many USA Field Hockey Events throughout her career as a goalkeeper. Alongside her field hockey career, she holds a degree in Business Administration and is a freelance sports photographer often capturing social content for local field hockey programs.

Nicole Morgan has been part of USA Field Hockey in a variety of coaching roles since 2012. She has served as the site director in Region 8 since 2019 and has held several coaching positions at the National Futures/Nexus Championship as well as a multi-year AAU Junior Olympic Games head coach. She also served as a manager for the U.S. O-35 Women's Master’s Team.
Nicole currently coaches for TCOYO Hockey Club and is the head coach at Floyd E. Kellam High School and works at REI. She currently holds a Level II Certification and resides in Virginia Beach, Va.
